Nothing Given. Everything Earned.

The kid nobody bet on.

I wasn't supposed to end up here.

If you'd met me as a teenager, you wouldn't have bet on me. I got kicked out of school twice. I was always in trouble and I loved messing around and having fun. I was making money illegally, and hanging out with the wrong people, heading exactly where you'd expect someone like that to end up.

I came out of A-levels with BCC. For GCSEs I got mainly Bs and a couple Cs. Nothing special.

Nobody expected much from me, including myself. That's why I never really tried.

Then life got harder. While I was at university, my family went through a serious financial crisis, and I had a lot of weight on my shoulders.

That's when I realised that nobody is coming to save me. If I wanted something, I had to get it myself.

I stepped up my game and managed to graduate with a first-class degree.

That's when I learned something no lecturer could have taught me: I don't break. I'd already taken the kind of hit that flattens most people, and I'd kept going.

That was the first time I proved to myself that where you start doesn't decide where you finish.

When I started in business, I had no training, no contacts and no safety net. What I did have was proof. I'd already done the hard version of life alone, under worse conditions, so I knew I could do it again.

The nerve I used on the streets, reading situations, handling risk and acting without anyone's permission, turned out to be exactly what business needs. I just pointed it somewhere legal.

My confidence wasn't "I think I can do this." It was "No one else is going to do it, so it has to be me." That turned out to be enough to start on.

Sales

In 2021, I got into sales, and I found the thing I was built for.

I was the top performer every single month. Most months, I closed as many sales on my own as the rest of the team put together. I never had a bad month, and I never missed a target. I have the receipts.

Then I started managing my own sales team. Since that, I've trained hundreds of salespeople, taking what worked for me and turning it into a process other people could follow.

Property

Sales gave me the capital. Property put it to work.

I built a portfolio of Airbnbs through the rent-to-rent model, and not one property was ever unprofitable, while I ran the whole operation from the other side of the world. I used that income to buy my own properties.

Now I'm in Dubai, buying property here.

The real secret

None of this was luck, and none of it was talent. I built systems: for selling, for training people, for finding and running properties. Then I found a way to replicate them. That's what I teach. Not motivation. Not theory. Systems that have already worked, and that you can follow.

Why I actually do this

I'm not chasing money just to be rich. I'm building a life that's stable.

My interest in property came from knowing what it feels like not to be secure in your own home. Wealth, for me, means options for myself and my family, so we're never back where we started. My faith keeps me grounded and makes sure I'm building something with purpose and integrity, not just a bank balance. And I train and work out so I'm capable for decades, not just for one summer.

These aren't separate goals. They all come down to one thing: proving that the hardest parts of my past don't get to decide my future.

What I believe

Everyone has the capacity to succeed. The only real enemy is you: the version of you that chooses comfort over discipline, and "tomorrow" over today. I've been the worst version of myself. I know exactly what it costs. And I know exactly what it takes to beat it.

Why I teach

Most people's confidence is borrowed from praise, comparison or other people believing in them. Mine was built the hard way, and I want to show you that you can build yours too.

Everything I teach is something I've actually done: the sales methods, the property systems, the mindset. There's no theory from someone who's never done it, and no fluff.

I spent years learning all of this the hard way, so you don't have to. If a kid who got kicked out of school twice can do it, the only question is whether you're willing to do the work.

No shortcuts. No excuses.

Your move.
