Terms of Service

Effective Date: 7th October 2026

Welcome to ceohaaris.com ("we", "our", "us"). By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any of our courses, mentorship programmes, guidebooks or related services (together, the "Services"), you ("you", "the customer", "the student") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Please read them carefully before using our website or Services.

1. General Information

ceohaaris.com provides digital training programmes, online courses and mentorship services focused on sales, entrepreneurship, property investment, Airbnb hosting and related topics.

Our Services include:

  • How to Make Money, a free online guidebook ("the Guidebook")
  • the Sales Mentorship Programme, the full pathway including the online course, the practical training week and the team opportunity ("the Programme")
  • the Sales Training Course, the online course only ("the Sales Course")
  • the Airbnb Rent-to-Rent Programme, an online course ("the Airbnb Programme")
  • one-to-one mentorship sessions, including the optional 20-minute call available after completing the Airbnb Programme ("Sessions")

By purchasing or accessing any Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

2. Access and Account Responsibility

2.1 On purchase or sign-up, you'll receive login details to access your Services.

2.2 You agree to:

  • keep your login details confidential
  • not share, resell or distribute course materials or mentorship content
  • use the Services for personal, educational or business development purposes only

2.3 Your account is for you alone. We may suspend or end your access if we detect account sharing, misuse or a breach of these Terms.

2.4 You'll have access to paid online Services for as long as the Service is offered on our platform from the date of purchase.

2.5 We may update, improve or reorganise content over time. 

3. Payments and Pricing

3.1 All prices are listed in GBP (ÂŁ) and are payable in full at checkout unless otherwise stated.

3.2 If you choose Klarna, your instalment plan is a separate agreement between you and Klarna. We receive payment in full from Klarna, and any missed instalments are a matter between you and Klarna.

3.3 Any special price offered during an interview or call is valid only for the time stated.

3.4 We may change prices or payment terms at any time, but changes will not affect orders already completed.

4. The Sales Mentorship Programme

This section applies to the Programme only.

4.1 Interview. Every applicant takes part in a telephone interview before enrolling. We decide who is accepted and are not obliged to offer a place to anyone.

4.2 The course. The Programme includes the full online sales course, designed to be completed over about 3 months at your own pace. Each section ends with a quiz with a pass mark of 75%, and the course ends with a final assessment.

4.3 The training week. Students who pass the final assessment are eligible for a one-week practical training period. The training week:

  • is unpaid
  • takes place remotely, on dates we set
  • is performance-based, and you'll be assessed throughout
  • is subject to availability

4.4 You must complete the training week within 3 months of passing the final assessment, unless we agree otherwise.

5. The Team Opportunity

This section applies to the Programme only.

5.1 Students who perform well in the training week may be offered a place on the sales team of [A Partner Company] ("the Partner").

5.2 Any offer is made at the sole discretion of the Partner, based on training-week performance and the Partner's needs at the time. Completing the Programme or the training week does not guarantee an offer.

5.3 Any role offered is self-employed and commission-only. It is not employment with us or with the Partner. You'll be responsible for your own tax and National Insurance (or the local equivalent).

5.4 The commission and progression structure at the Effective Date is:

  • 30% commission on sales from the start
  • 40% commission after 5 sales
  • promotion after 30 sales within 3 months
  • the opportunity to build and lead a team after 60 sales within 6 months

5.5 These terms are set by the Partner and may change. Your working relationship with the Partner will be governed by a separate agreement with the Partner, not by these Terms.

5.6 Any place on the Partner's sales team can be ended by the Partner at any time, for any reason, including (but not limited to) poor performance, failure to meet targets, misconduct or a breach of the Partner's rules, with or without notice, in line with the Partner's contractor agreement. Ending your place on the team does not entitle you to any refund of the Programme fee.

6. The Sales Course (Course Only)

The Sales Course gives you the online course content only. It does not include the interview, the training week or the team opportunity, which are only available through the Programme.

7. The Airbnb Programme

7.1 The Airbnb Programme is educational content about the rent-to-rent model in the UK and US markets. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Laws, regulations and market conditions vary by location and change over time. Always take independent professional advice before entering any property agreement.

7.2 Property involves risk, including the risk of losing money. You're fully responsible for your own decisions, agreements and compliance.

8. Mentorship Sessions

If your purchase includes one-to-one mentorship Sessions:

  • Sessions must be booked within the specified period (for the Airbnb Programme call, within 3 months of purchase).
  • You can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed or cancelled Sessions without 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.
  • Mentorship advice and guidance are based on experience and are not a guarantee of financial results or income.

9. Refund Policy

 

9.1 Online courses and programmes. Because our Services include instant digital access to proprietary content, all sales are final. Once your purchase is complete, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

9.2 Your cancellation rights. Under UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel digital content. At checkout, you ask for immediate access and confirm that you understand you lose this right once access begins.

9.3 Sessions. If you buy a Session on its own, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund, as long as the Session hasn't taken place.

9.4 The Programme. You're only charged after being accepted at interview. Once you've enrolled and accessed the Programme, it is non-refundable, including if you don't pass the final assessment or aren't offered a place on the team.

9.5 If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we may suspend your access while it's investigated.

10. Results Disclaimer

10.1 While our training and mentorship programmes are designed to help you succeed, we do not guarantee any specific income, financial result, job, property purchase or business outcome.

10.2 Your results depend on your effort, commitment and how you apply the strategies taught. Any examples, case studies or stories, including our own, are for illustration only and are not typical or guaranteed outcomes.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content, videos, templates, documents, slides, worksheets, frameworks and branding within our Services are the intellectual property of ceohaaris.com or its licensors.

11.2 You may use them for your own personal learning only. You may not copy, record, reproduce, resell, distribute, publicly share or teach any part of the materials, or use them to create a competing product, without our written permission.

11.3 If you break these rules, we may end your access without a refund.

12. Conduct

We may suspend or end your access, or remove you from the Programme, without a refund, if you:

  • behave abusively, threateningly or dishonestly towards us, the Partner or other students
  • breach these Terms
  • use our Services for anything unlawful

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, ceohaaris.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our Services. This includes loss of income, profits or business opportunities.

13.2 Our total liability to you for anything relating to a Service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

14. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you made your purchase applies to that purchase.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [England and Wales / the United Arab Emirates], and the courts of that jurisdiction will deal with any disputes. If you're a consumer, you also keep any protections given to you by the laws of the country where you live, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
