Stage 1 · The Interview
Every applicant starts with a telephone interview. I want to understand where you are now, what you want, and whether you're ready to put in the work. Not everyone is accepted. If it's the right fit, I'll explain exactly how to join.
Stage 2 · The Theory
You'll work through the full training programme online, at your own pace, over about 2-3 months:
Every section has video lessons, written breakdowns, practical activities, and exercises. The programme ends with a final assessment.
Stage 3 · The Practical Training Week
Pass the final assessment and you'll join me for a one-week practical training period. This is where the theory becomes real: you'll see how live sales are run, put your skills into practice, and get direct feedback from me every day. It's an unpaid training week, and you'll be assessed on how you perform.
Stage 4 · The Opportunity
Get 1 sale or demonstrate the potential to perform well during the training week and you'll be offered a place on the sales team as a self-employed remote sales representative, starting at 30% commission on every sale you make.
Each sale is worth up to £1,660, and you earn commission on all the revenue you collect each month. For example, a full-fee sale at 30% earns you £498, or £664 at 40%.
Stage 5 · Progression
You start on 30% commission on every sale. From there, your results decide how far you go:
- Monthly bonus: hit 5 sales in a month, and every sale that month earns 40%.
- Promotion: hit 30 sales within 3 months, and you’re promoted to 40% permanently, on every sale, every month, with no monthly target needed.
- Team leader: hit 60 sales within 6 months, and you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead your own sales team.
No waiting years for a promotion. Your numbers speak for you.
What you could earn: hit 5 sales in a month and you earn 40% on all of them. For example:
- 5 full-fee sales (£8,300 in revenue) = £3,320 that month
- 10 full-fee sales (£16,600 in revenue) = £6,640 that month
Team leader example: you earn £200 on every sale your team makes. With reps averaging 7.5 sales each per month:
- Team of 5 (37.5 sales) = £7,500 a month
- Team of 10 (75 sales) = £15,000 a month
That’s on top of any commission from your own sales.
There’s no limit on how many people you can recruit to your team. The more reps you hire and develop, the more you can earn.
This is an example, not a guarantee. Team earnings depend on the size of your team and how many sales they make.

Both options are the same price, because you’re paying for the training. Accepted applicants on the full programme also get the training week and the opportunity to join the team, at no extra cost.
